The staff at VisaHQ could not have been more helpful. Their communication with me was excellent and they were as supportive as they could be, however the process to acquire a visa for Brazil was impossible due to the official Brazilian agency. We never did receive our visas in spite of all the effort and time that VisaHQ put into the process. I would give Brazil and their authorities for acquiring a visa a zero on a scale of one to ten!

Really not bad but I will mention the follow up with the person applying . This is most important .send the email and call the person to make sure something is missing . Not just sending the message and stay quiet like if he see fine if he don't see, we have proof in email in case he miss his trip. Please follow up I was satisfy but I request and mention the follow up

Please avoid. Very poor service, for me the appointment was also not taken and have given false assurances, even asking multiple times to send me the slip and bar code of the appointment they still never did, thanks to the VFS team that they allowed me as walkin for the process. Website and video says a lot of things but at the end they will send you an empty form to fill it by hand and all the video on website is a gimmick. The charges are too high for nothing, we were charged Rs 7000 as service charges plus 18% GST and what I had received was a demand draft, and empty form and nothing else. No support at all, my personal experience was very bad and hence I will not recommend VOSAHQ to anyone.

I applied for my Visa to Indonesia to early and VisaHQ held my information until it was due to submit, which I appreciate. I didn't have to reapply. Khellie did a very good job informing me if I needed additional paperwork and updates on the status.

Visa HQ is travel flight savior. They did help me greatly in getting my visa just in time before I travel the following day for Japan. Very professional and quick in reviewing my required documents for Japan. Thank you so much. I wont be able to make if not for them. VisaHQ service is great. Brigete is awesome who helped me with my business visa. She made the process very simple and seamless for me. More importantly, she was easily reachable when needed which was critical for timely submission of documents to the consulate.

We had a TERRIBLE experience with VisaHQ. My advice? Save your money and avoid the middle men. They did NOTHING for us, they were extremely slow, rude, and we ended up missing our flights because they didn’t follow up with the embassy or do anything to get us our visa and passports on time. When we spoke to them to complain they really didn’t care. Totally useless!
